The Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities (PCBDD) is a great place to work. The staff is a highly dedicated and specially trained group of people representing many professions and varying levels of education ranging from high school diplomas to master’s degrees. Many staff must meet certification or registration standards set by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities and/or the Ohio Department of Education. Each professional also meets standards in their own particular field.
PCBDD employees must be at least 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or GED, or meet specific education requirements as a result of their position.
