Customers of the Perry County Board of Developmental Disabilities (PCBDD) include people with disabilities and people who support their life journey, provider agencies, PCBDD staff, and community stakeholders. PCBDD uses surveys to listen to the voice of our customers and to learn from their feedback to provide continuous improvement and overall satisfaction through our services and supports.
